Shopping
Browse through the site using the section menu or the search box on the left to find the items you want. You can shop by product type or brand.
You can add items to your Shopping Casket by clicking the "Add To Casket" button on the item page. You can view the items in your Shopping Casket at any time, by using the Mini Casket on at the top of the right menu, or by clicking the "Casket" link on the top menu. Here you can see what is in your casket and the total, change the numbers of items you have added, or remove items.
When you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout'. You will now be asked to log into your account, or create an account with us (this is a simple procedure and only takes a minute!) You will then be taken to the checkout screen, where you can follow the on screen instructions to complete your order and make payment.

My Account
To place an order with Phoenixx Rising you will need to create an account, which is a simple and quick procedure.
Click on 'My Account' link on the top menu and you will be taken to a page with an option to log in or open a new account. Simply follow the on screen instructions and fill in your details. Your billing and delivery details will be stored here (please note, we do not store your payment details for your security).
You can see your Recently Viewed items through My Account. When you have ordered, you can access your Order History, which gives you details on the order and the order status (for example, processing or dispatched).
You can also start your personal Wish List. You can use your Wish List to store items that you may want to buy later, items you're lusting over, or as a birthday or gift list you can email to friends and family using our 'Send To' option. Adding an item to your wish list is simple, all items on the shop have an 'Add To Wishlist' button on their page!

Delivery
All items listed on our website are in stock at our premises, and are dispatched when your payment clears. In the UK, delivery is FREE for orders over £50, £2.99 for orders under £50 and £1.80 for orders under £5. Delivery costs are added automatically at checkout.
Overseas postage is calculated by weight and country. To view the postage costs for your order, please log in or create an account with us and then view your basket. If you view your basket whilst not logged in, U.K. postage prices will be displayed.
Items are dispatched within 7 working days of payment clearance, usually 1-2 days after payment clearance. Our items are dispatched via Royal Mail and DHL.
If for any reason we anticipate a delay in your order we will contact you immediately using the contact details have you provided. In the event of disruption to postal services we will keep you up to date with events and anticipated delivery dates.

Pricing & Payment
All items listed on our site are priced in GBP (UK Pounds Sterling) and are inclusive of tax. The price you see is the price you pay, excluding delivery charges. For postage charges please see our Delivery section above.
We accept payment via credit or debit card through Nochex. We welcome payment through most major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa Debit (Delta). You do not have to be a member of Nochex to send payment via card and we do not surcharge for Nochex payments. If you have a Nochex account you can also pay using a Nochex balance.
We will bill your credit card on receipt of your order. Please see our Security section below for further details on how we ensure safe shopping.
We also accept payment via credit & debit card through Paypal (you may also pay using a Paypal balance). As with Nochex, account sign up is optional.
UK customers can opt to pay via Postal Order and Cheque if preferred, which should be made payable to "Phoenixx Rising" and mailed to the following address:

Items paid for via Postal Order can be dispatched immediately when the payment arrives. For cheques please allow 10 working days for funds to clear before your items are dispatched. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for cheques and postal orders lost in transit.

Security
We process all our credit and debit card payments using Nochex, all sensitive information is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and they use the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by VeriSign.
Nochex uses 3D Secure, verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, and uses AVS (Address Verification Service), CVV2 (Card Security Number Confirmation) and advanced fraud detection for your peace of mind and security.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to by law. We may disclose your name and mailing details to external delivery and courier services, in order to dispatch your goods to you directly. Returns & Refunds
Please contact us if you wish to arrange a return. We reserve the right to refuse any return outside of the returns period or policy, please read the following information so you are familiar with our returns process.
We accept returns on items when notified within 7 working days of receipt of your goods (when your order arrived with you). All return items must be received back with us within 7 calendar days of return request. Goods returned outside this time will not be accepted for refund, and re-delivery at your cost must arranged.
All faults must be reported via email or post within 7 days of receipt of the item. Faulty items will either be repaired, exchanged or the cost refunded. Unless the item is faulty, we are unable to accept perishable or personalised items for exchange or refund, we are also unable to accept make up and cosmetics, piercing accessories, hosiery, underwear and swimwear items for refund due to hygiene reasons. Custom made and personalised items are also excluded from our returns policy.
All return items are the senders responsibility, including the costs of return. Reasonable postage costs will be reimbursed to you if a return item is faulty. It is advisable to send return items via trackable means (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) to avoid losses. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for return items lost or damaged in transit. All return items must be adequately packaged to prevent damage, usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.

The return parcel should include a cover note with your name, address, order number, and nature of return.
All returns are dealt with within 7 working days of our receipt of the return, usually within 1-2 working days. Your replacement or refund will be processed within 7 working days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel your order and contract with us before your goods are dispatched or within 7 working days of receipt of your goods. A full refund of the price paid for items will be given, excluding delivery charges if your item has already been dispatched, within 30 days.
Cancelled items must be returned unused and in original condition, with all original packaging and original tags attached, as applicable. We are unable to accept returns of items in an un-saleable condition.
All cancelled items must be received back with us within 7 calendar days of notification of cancellation. Goods returned outside this time will not be accepted for refund, and re-delivery at your cost must arranged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
